Cancelling your subscription

Open Settings and look under Subscription. flourish shows the right option depending on where you subscribed:

Cancel Subscription takes you to your App Store or Google Play subscriptions.
Manage Subscription opens our billing portal if you subscribed on our website.

If flourish can’t tell where you subscribed, it asks Where did you subscribe? Pick App Store, Play Store or On the web.

You can also cancel directly:

Open the Settings app, tap your name, then Subscriptions, then Flourish, and tap Cancel Subscription.

What happens when you cancel

Your subscription stays active until the end of the period you’ve paid for. You can keep using flourish after that.

Deleting the app or your account doesn’t cancel your subscription. Cancel it using the steps above first, or you’ll keep being charged.

Cancel at least a day before your trial ends to avoid being charged. We’ll send you a reminder the day before.
