Share cards

Take a screenshot on any of these screens and flourish offers a share card:

• Today: your activities for the day
• An insight
• An activity
• A conversation: the latest advice from your coach

You can also tap Share on a coach reply or an insight.

Swipe through the card styles (photo, transparent, light, dark and gradient). On the photo card, tap Customize to choose your own background photo or a random one.

Then:

• Save image saves the card to your photos.
• Copy image copies the share message to paste elsewhere.
• Share opens your phone’s share options.
