Signing in
The same screen creates a new account and signs you back in to an existing one. Pick one of:
- Continue with Apple (iPhone and iPad only)
- Continue with Google
- Continue with Email
The button you used last time on this device has a Last used label.
Each sign-in method is its own account. If you signed up with Apple and later choose Google or a different email, you’ll land in a new, empty account. If your coach, plans or history are missing, sign out and sign in with the method you used originally.
Signing in with email
flourish uses a one-time code instead of a password.
- Tap Continue with Email and enter your email address.
- We email you a 6-digit code. Enter it on the What’s your code? screen.
- You’re in. If this is a new email, your account is created at this point.
If the code doesn’t arrive, check your spam folder, then tap Resend Code. Codes expire, so use the most recent one.
Signing in with Apple or Google
Tap the button and follow the prompt from Apple or Google. If you close their sign-in sheet, nothing happens and you can try again.
With Apple, you can choose Hide My Email. That works fine for the app, but if you ever bought a subscription on our website, see Subscribed on the web first.
Signed up with a phone number?
Early flourish accounts were created with a phone number. New accounts can’t be, but existing ones can still sign in:
- On the start screen, tap Log in under “Signed up with a phone number?”.
- Choose your country code and enter your number, then tap Log in.
- Enter the 6-digit code we text you.
If you see Account Not Found, check the country code. If there’s no account on that number, go back and continue with Apple, Google or email.
Terms and privacy
By continuing you agree to our Terms of Use and Privacy Policy .
Signing out
Open You, tap the settings icon, scroll down and tap Sign out. There’s no confirmation step.
Signing out clears settings that are stored on this device, such as your theme. Everything tied to your account (your coach, plans, goals and history) stays and comes back when you sign in again.
