What your coach can do

Your coach doesn’t just give advice: it can take action in the app for you. Just ask in plain language.

Plan your time

  • Add, move, edit, complete or skip activities. “Move today’s run to tomorrow morning.”
  • Build habits, routines, plans and projects. “Make me a 20-minute morning routine.”
  • Adjust schedules. “I’m away next week, can we lighten things?”
  • Mark a key activity. “What’s the one thing I should do today?”
  • Use your templates. “Add my usual leg day for Friday.”
  • Link workouts. Your coach can match a workout from your watch to the activity you planned.

When your coach changes a schedule, anything you’ve already started or edited stays as it is.

Goals

  • Help you work out a goal and why it matters, then save it (it asks first unless you’ve asked it to).
  • Update or archive goals, and link them to your plans.

Reminders and follow-ups

  • Set reminders, one-off or repeating. “Remind me to stretch at 9pm every weekday.”
  • Follow up on something later. “Check in with me on Friday about the job application.”
  • Call you at a set time, but only if you ask.

See Reminders and check-ins.

Your health data

If you’ve connected your health data, your coach can look at your workouts, steps, sleep, heart rate and more, spot trends and adjust your plan. “How has my sleep been this month?”

Calendar

With Google Calendar connected, your coach can see your events, plan around them and add or update events when you ask.

Research

Your coach can search the web and give you answers with sources, on topics like training methods, recovery or nutrition. Tap the line above its reply to see the sources.

Save things

Ask your coach to bookmark useful advice, and it’ll appear in Saved messages.
