Wearables and fitness apps

You can connect these services directly:

ServiceWhat it shares
COROSTraining, activity and recovery data
FitbitActivity, sleep and heart rate data
GarminActivity, sleep and heart rate data
OuraSleep, readiness and activity data
PolarTraining and heart rate data
StravaRunning, cycling and other activities
SuuntoTraining, outdoor activities and recovery data
WHOOPRecovery, strain and sleep data

If your device already writes to Apple Health or Health Connect, connecting that may be enough. Connecting the service directly usually gives richer data, such as recovery and readiness scores.

Connect a wearable

  1. Open Settings, then Integrations.
  2. Tap the service and then Connect.
  3. Sign in to your account with that service in the browser window that opens, and approve access.
  4. You’ll return to flourish and the service shows Syncing. Once data arrives it shows when it last synced.

The first sync brings in your recent history, which can take a few minutes.

Disconnect a wearable

Tap the connected service, then Disconnect. Data that has already synced is kept, but nothing new syncs.

Strava (Legacy)

Some accounts also show Strava (Legacy). This is an older Strava connection that still works. New connections should use Strava.
